E-mail is the fundamental communication tool for university activities such as education and research. By preparing a unified mail environment throughout the university, we could not only support activities of the university and also reduce costs related to e-mails. Also, measures against spam mails and virus mails are necessary. Based on this idea we have organized the basic mail of the university.

E-mail of the departmental domain is also important. For that purpose, we are also improving the environment of "mail hosting" that can be used in conjunction with the primary E-mail service of the university. E-mail address of department domain, mailing list within department, mail address for inquiry window can be handled by mail hosting.
